Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, program management, or related disciplines, with 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical and cross-functional teams while supporting manufacturing, fulfillment, or large-scale operational environments
  • Strong project management skills, including schedule management, resource planning, cost control, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives and ongoing operational support requirements
  • Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and execution accountability within complex business environments
  • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, operational, or IT-enabled business transformation projects in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems with project management and continuous improvement certifications such as: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure deployment, test engineering methodologies, and change management processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the DAO PMO, Test Engineering, and Invalid Order organizations, providing strategic direction, governance, and execution oversight for business-critical operational initiatives
  • Direct and prioritize infrastructure, IT, and operational change projects across manufacturing and fulfillment operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth strategies, and customer commitments
  • Manage project portfolios, resources, budgets, and schedules to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and within financial targets while mitigating operational risk
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Facilities, Program Management, and external business partners to drive accountability, remove execution barriers, and ensure successful implementation of key programs
  • Establish performance metrics, risk management processes, and continuous improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, manufacturing readiness, and customer experience
