Aritzia is growing and our Facilities team is growing with it. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Facilities (Support Office), you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repair at Aritzia’s Support Office Space. Requirements

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications required to perform in the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance and operations of support office spaces, managing internal and external partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-brand delivery within budget.
  • Ensure reliable and continuous operation of electricity, gas, water, and sewer services across all support offices through proactive coordination with providers and partners.
  • Manage recurring and preventative maintenance programs to uphold cleanliness, functionality, and asset longevity while meeting operational and aesthetic standards.
  • Lead swift response and resolution of maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance while tracking budgets to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency.
