This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate the team responsible for delivering everyday luxury experiences to Aritzia’s clients by leveraging technology to meet and exceed the vision and mission of the business. As Manager, Analytics, you will combine your deep understanding of our landscape, with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences. Requirements

• Applying technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, insights and data models
• SQL, Python or R
• Modern data warehouses, with a preference for BigQuery
• Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, enhance insights and improve effectiveness
• Coaching and developing data professionals
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

• Retail or eCommerce experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and translate business requirements into clearly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models
• Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
• Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership, leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling
• Deliver scalable dashboards, data models and reports to enable self-service analytics
• Direct and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence
