Lead cross-functional programs and manage a team of program and project managers to deliver business-critical initiatives. Drive alignment across teams, ensure execution against strategic priorities, and scale program delivery practices through operational excellence and leadership. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of experience in people management or leading large-scale initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise project delivery preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages the planning and delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple teams or departments.
  • Leads a team of program/project managers, overseeing their development, execution quality, and career growth.
  • Collaborates with senior stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, success metrics, and dependencies.
  • Ensures consistency in program execution by implementing and reinforcing standardized tools and processes.
  • Tracks and reports on program performance, resource usage, risks, and milestones.
  • Identifies opportunities for operational improvements across the program portfolio.
  • Acts as an escalation point for program-level issues and cross-functional blockers.
