About The Position

The Senior Manager, Lyme is an individual contributor role within the Global Commercial Strategy organization, reporting to the Global Commercial Lead (GCL), Lyme. This role is responsible for supporting HCP strategy, core content deliverables, and congress/MedEd strategy and execution for Lyme, with a focus on advancing high-quality pre-launch and launch-readiness workstreams. Lyme disease is a systemic infection caused by Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria transmitted by infected Ixodes ticks and is considered the most common vector-borne illness in the Northern Hemisphere. Early symptoms can be overlooked or misinterpreted, and untreated disease may lead to serious complications. As the geographic footprint of Lyme disease widens and the medical need for vaccination increases, this role will help build clear HCP-facing strategy, education, and content that support readiness for potential future vaccination against Lyme disease. The Senior Manager will help drive Lyme launch readiness by leading HCP campaign execution, core content development, promotional review and message pull-through across unbranded and branded workstreams. This role will serve as a key connector across HCP, consumer, global, regional, agency and cross-functional partners (including Medical, Legal, IIS, and US and International Commercial teams) to ensure Lyme launch materials are strategically aligned, evidence-based, compliant and ready for market activation. This colleague will bring strong project discipline, customer orientation, and comfort operating in an evolving launch environment.
