About The Position

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive audiences.

  • Identify and deliver structural cost improvements while maintaining or improving service performance.
  • Evaluate and deploy automation, digital tools, and process innovations to future‑proof warehouse operations.
  • Own the warehouse and 3PL cost structure and deliver annual cost savings targets.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for warehouse service issues, driving root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with 3PL partners, focusing on performance, innovation, risk, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Global Supply Chain to align service, cost, and operational trade-offs.
