About The Position

This role focuses on driving activation and engagement for new users of LifeLock products. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, comfortable in a test-and-learn environment, and skilled at using data to enhance the customer experience and boost engagement during the crucial first three months of a subscriber's journey. The position involves partnering with Customer Success Management (CSM) and product teams to optimize the early user lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years working on a lifecycle program, preferably for a subscription-based product
  • 2+ years' experience working on engagement and retention within a lifecycle program
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in reporting tools, such as Adobe analytics, Power BI, or Amplitude
  • Experience with a large scale MarTech tool – SFMC, Braze, or Iterable preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Loves every aspect of Lifecycle – the creative, the analytical, and the customer experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI in CSM workflow is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to test welcome journeys for all LifeLock customers to improve early life retention.
  • Partner with Product to understand the onboarding experience and leverage data for personalized member communications.
  • Test and learn which channels (e.g., push, in-product) add value and improve the ROI of early life outreaches to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with the US/XS pod to identify points in the member's early lifecycle that offer opportunities for enhanced protection offerings.
  • Collaborate with member engagement teams on the alerting experience and its impact on early life.
  • Partner with product on new feature launches to drive early and frequent customer value.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, engagement metrics, and product adoption to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing early life retention.
