The Senior Manager, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Promotions Marketing role will support special projects spanning the entirety of the customer lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution and optimization. This role maintains a deep understanding of the customer at every stage of their journey to inform recommendations, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross-discipline teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliver cohesive, effective lifecycle marketing solutions. A core component of the role is helping to strategize and operationalize creative updates across campaigns—building and updating roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on sequencing and resourcing, and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly across channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies while keeping initiatives moving from intake to launch and post-launch learning.
