The Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Technology Optimization is a senior leader within the Learning & Development Centre of Excellence, accountable for enterprise business ownership, governance and optimization of learning technology platforms, data and integrations. The role shapes and executes the enterprise learning technology strategy for a large, complex, and highly regulated organization supporting over 100,000 colleagues. Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Design & Digital Learning Experience, this role operates with a business product owner mindset, serving as the enterprise authority for learning technology direction, intake and investment decisions, ensuring platforms, data, and digital learning experiences are integrated, scalable, and aligned to business, talent, and regulatory priorities. This role operates at the intersection of learning strategy, HR strategy, data, risk management and change leadership with a strong emphasis on defensible decision-making and executive confidence. The role requires strong executive presence, deep knowledge of the learning technology market, and the ability to bring together strategy, technology, data, and learner experience in a clear and actionable way.
