This new opportunity is for a Senior Manager, Learning and Development Practice Performance Sales at Aspen Dental. The Senior Manager of Practice Performance Sales is a vital part of the Learning & Development team, focused on creating and delivering learning solutions to enhance sales capabilities within Aspen Dental. This role reports to the Director of L&D, Practice Performance Sales and collaborates with Sales Enablement, Operations, HR, and other L&D teams to ensure team members possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales learning and development and can effectively translate business requirements into scalable, impactful learning solutions, balancing strategic planning with hands-on involvement in program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
