Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and execute company-wide IT security and access governance initiatives, including RBAC implementation and audit readiness.
  • Strong financial and operational discipline, with a focus on optimizing IT spend and reducing OpEx while maintaining system reliability and performance.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing, high-urgency requests across the organization, balancing short-term needs with long-term system stability.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in system reliability, efficiency, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global IT operations, including systems administration, security, access management, and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure access to all business-critical systems.
  • Own IT governance, including SOX compliance, access controls (RBAC), system audits, and documentation of all IT systems, owners, and processes.
  • Drive IT systems optimization by identifying and implementing automation, integrations, and tooling improvements to reduce manual workflows, eliminate redundant systems, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, system renewals, and contract negotiations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and full visibility into IT spend and system utilization.
  • Build and develop a high-performing IT team, establishing clear ownership, operating rhythms, and prioritization frameworks to support company needs.
