As a Senior Manager in the DTS (Digital Technology Solutions) group, you will lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals to deliver on the business outcomes of our Customer Service and Corporate Communication lines of business stakeholders. You will work closely with your stakeholders in an fast paced environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities to improve and innovate their processes and work functions through technology implementation. You are technically savvy and knowledgeable about Contact Center and Digital Channels technologies. Working with our internal teams and vendors, you will be responsible for the technology stack supporting the lines of business over the full application product life-cycle inclusive of roadmap, execution of projects and sustainment activities. You will be part of the rotation of a team of on-call managers who provides around the clock support for our most critical applications. This position will report to the DTS Director, Customer Domain, who is accountable for business-critical systems enabling our Call Center, our Billing processes, and our Customers' Digital Experiences.
