About The Position

The Senior Manager, Inventory and Pricing supports QVC and HSN and leads inventory and pricing strategy to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
7+ years of experience managing inventory and pricing strategies in a retail environment.
7+ years of experience translating data into actionable business insights.
7+ years of experience collaborating with finance, merchandising, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize product availability and profitability.
Partner with QVC and HSN leadership and Finance teams on plans and special projects.
Provide financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
Validate financial assumptions for strategic decisions, including revenue, expense, and capital cycles.
Deliver accurate information to management for strategic operating decisions; serve as Subject Matter Expert for business systems and processes.
Provide guidance for the monthly forecast and annual budget process, supporting model development and documentation for US/Global Market models.
Support business transformation projects as the finance lead, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to inventory management, pricing, and analytics.
