The Senior Manager of Internal Communications is a strategic and dynamic leader responsible for developing and executing initiatives that foster meaningful employee and community engagement with internal audiences. This role manages the company’s overarching messaging, including programs associated with educating and informing employees all while ensuring alignment with organizational values and business goals. This individual will drive innovation in leadership communication, employee communication while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, influencers, community partners, and Lendmark key stakeholders to provide effective and efficient communication outcomes. The role requires a strong balance of strategic vision with firsthand day-to-day execution, and a focused emphasis on measurable impact and storytelling as well as cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
