As a Senior Manager, Intelligent Systems Lead within GFT’s HR Information Technology (HRIT), you will provide leadership in designing and delivering the foundational data layer that serves as the single source of truth for incentive compensation data, and driving the ongoing evolution of incentive compensation technology platforms supporting both short- and long-term incentive programs. You will champion the adoption of the AI-DLC framework for incentive compensation, enabling the team to build intelligent, data-informed solutions that leverage machine learning and AI agents to drive business value. You will be accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and risk management frameworks. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution delivery across a complex, multi-system environment.
