You’ll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2–3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office. Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of federal/IC procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, and task order-based acquisition.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex customer organizations with varied stakeholder interests.
  • Ability to lead multi-step capture and proposal processes with disciplined planning and execution.
  • Skilled at managing moderately difficult to highly complex assignments, adapting strategies to unique agency environments.
  • Strong analytical and fact-finding abilities to interpret mission needs, clarify customer requirements, and develop appropriate sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Financial awareness regarding cost structures, pricing strategies, and proposal inputs.
  • Effective communicator capable of conveying technical and non-technical information to knowledgeable audiences.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal daily instruction while maintaining accountability for quality and timeliness.
  • May participate in mentoring or supporting new team members.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7–10 years of related experience in Federal sales, with 3–5+ years selling directly into Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant vocational or professional certifications (e.g., Shipley, Capture Management) beneficial.
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one; CI or Full-Scope Poly preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue across assigned IC agencies, achieving quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Build, qualify, and manage pipeline across new logos and expansion opportunities, maintaining operational rigor in Salesforce.
  • Lead full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, pricing strategy, and closing.
  • Develop and execute capture strategies for priority pursuits (RFI/RFP/BAA/OTA/IDIQ task orders), ensuring strong win themes and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Product, Contracts, Legal, and Proposal teams to deliver compliant, compelling submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mission owners, acquisition leaders, program managers, and technical stakeholders across the IC.
  • Engage and manage partner ecosystem relationships (OEMs, primes, systems integrators, VARs) to strengthen teaming and increase win probability.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and stage progression, providing actionable insights and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support demonstrations, pilots, and evaluations to validate technical alignment and mission impact.
  • Ensure all sales activities meet federal acquisition regulations, security protocols, and Everfox compliance standards.
