About The Position

The Senior Infrastructure Manager – Infrastructure Integration Services is a strategic technology leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise infrastructure platforms and integration services that support business transformation initiatives. This role leads engineering teams responsible for cloud-native platforms, automation, infrastructure standardization, and operational excellence across hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern infrastructure engineering, OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, CI/CD automation, configuration management, and secrets management. The successful leader will drive platform modernization, improve deployment velocity, enhance security posture, and establish scalable infrastructure solutions across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience.
• 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions.
• 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns.
• 5+ years of experience designing and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and GitOps delivery models.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and platform specialists.
• Define and execute infrastructure modernization and integration strategies.
• Partner with business, application, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure integration services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop standardized infrastructure patterns to support application onboarding and modernization.
• Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services with enterprise platforms and business applications.
• Build and manage modern platform engineering capabilities supporting self-service infrastructure delivery.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the enterprise.
• Drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual processes and improve service reliability.
