As a Senior Manager, InfoSec Solutions, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts, manage a high-performing team, and help shape the future of audit technology. In this role, you’ll not only ensure the delivery of exceptional SOC audits for emerging technology companies but also collaborate directly with our Labs team to advance our AI-powered audit engine. This isn’t your typical audit job—it’s a chance to lead innovation, tackle complex challenges, and make a lasting impact on the industry.

Requirements

Deep expertise in SOC 1 and 2 reporting standards, with 7+ years of experience performing SOC or related IT audits in an audit or consulting firm.
Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, while working cross-functionally to achieve big-picture goals.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
A visionary who sees how AI and automation can transform the audit process and is eager to help lead that transformation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
CPA, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).

Responsibilities

Oversee the performance of SOC audits and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of audit reports.
Manage a team of junior to mid level auditors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer focus.
Execute and iterate processes that make it possible to perform SOC audits at scale without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the integrated audit experience for customers, making audits more seamless and insightful.
Provide expert guidance on information security and SOC standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
