The Senior Manager, Impact will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial & Impact Officer to develop and integrate CPC’s organization-wide impact practice, strengthening how initiatives are designed, delivered, measured and communicated, and how investment is translated into meaningful, measurable outcomes. Supporting both the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) and the Paralympic Foundation of Canada (PFC), the Senior Manager will serve as a key organizational connector. They will bring expertise in impact strategy, program design, measurement and storytelling to help teams strengthen existing initiatives, develop new opportunities and demonstrate the value created for athletes, people with disabilities, communities, partners and the sport system. This is a strategic and hands-on role. The Senior Manager will lead CPC’s social value and impact measurement practice, strengthen a portfolio of priority initiatives, and help shape opportunities for corporate, philanthropic and government investment. They will also directly lead selected cross-functional initiatives and programs requiring dedicated ownership. Sitting within the Marketing & Communications team, the role will connect evidence with compelling stories and strengthen how CPC communicates its impact and influence.
