About The Position

In this role you’ll play a critical part in shaping how work gets done across the business. The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement - Facility leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen governance, and drive measurable operational improvements at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations, continuous improvement, project management, or a related area.
  • Strong expertise in leading complex, multi-project initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Skilled at process improvement, change management, and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing content, tools, or digital platforms with a focus on governance, quality, and usability.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, performance development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.

  • Engineering degree and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects for our supply chain network by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and adapting plans to deliver results.
  • Lead end-to-end project management efforts by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance while managing risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
  • Manage content management initiatives by prioritizing requests and designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources that support consistent digital communications.
  • Analyze data and existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and sustainable adoption.
  • Lead behavior change and process improvement programs by establishing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing post-implementation issues.
  • Provide supervision and development for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
