Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support the UC Health Healthcare System in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Sr HR Manager will support 600+ food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees in a union environment. Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a bonus incentive plan and full benefits package that kicks in day one. What You'll Do provide senior level human resources management for all Sodexo operations within the hospital system direct a human resources team including other managers, generalists, recruiters, and/or support specialist support, engage, and help retain frontline union staff, supervisors, and managers directly support managers and clients with all HR related tasks including employee engagement and relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and more What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
