In this Senior HR Manager role, you will serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to the Commercial Process & Operations and Pricing /Data Science teams within the Life Sciences Solutions Group. You will translate business and functional strategies into people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, drive engagement, and enable sustained performance. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will influence leaders through data-driven insights, sound judgment, and effective change leadership. Location / Division-Specific Information: Senior HR Manager within the Regional HR Team supporting LSG Commercial Process & Operations and Pricing /Data Science teams . This is a fully onsite position based out of one of two sites. Site options: Morrisville, NC; Pittsburgh, PA; or Carlsbad, CA Unfortunately, relocation assistance is NOT provided. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen.
