Sherex/PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Human Resources team. As the Sr. Human Resources Manager of Sherex and the corporate employees at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering! The Sr. Human Resources Manager position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. This position is designated to support our Sherex business and our PennEngineering Corporate functions. This position also collaborates with the HR teams globally to coordinate support for the Sherex business. While the role will be based in the Buffalo metro area, regular travel (minimum quarterly) is required to the headquarters in Danboro, PA.
