The Senior Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the Human Resources Function of the plant. Areas of responsibility include administer wage and salary programs, administer local benefit program, staffing, training, employee and/or labor relations, AAP and EEO compliance. This role will strongly partner with driving a culture supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety. The Senior Human Resource Manager provides an effective employee relations program, responsive to employee and company needs. Responsible for in-plant communication programs and support.
