The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs. Whirlpool is seeking a strategic Human Resources business partner responsible for developing & executing strategic talent initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness through diagnoses and partnering with the business on solutions, and building culture. You will have a seat at the table and are expected to contribute as any other member of the business leadership team would. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday in Mount Pleasant, WI.
