About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business and operations leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across assigned client groups. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role partners with leaders and employees to drive talent, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. The Senior HRBP leverages expertise across multiple HR disciplines to address complex workforce challenges, support key people initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience for both salaried and hourly team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce, talent, engagement, and organizational strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employment practices.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Assess and resolve complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, and development solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and influence decision making.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture.
  • Support and mentor less experienced HR team members and contribute to the development of HR best practices.
