This role partners with senior leaders across Global Human Resources to shape and deliver integrated talent strategies that enable organizational effectiveness within a complex, evolving HR function. It provides strategic HR advice and counsel on workforce planning, talent management, succession, and organizational design, while leveraging Centres of Expertise (COEs) and HR Services to deliver practical, data-informed solutions aligned to business priorities. The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner contributes to the overall success of Human Resources by ensuring individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed in support of business strategies and objectives. As a trusted advisor, the role optimizes people strategy, strengthens talent outcomes and ensures the right talent mix is in place to support a globally integrated and transforming HR function. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
