As we continue modernizing our people technology landscape, we're looking for a transformational HR technology leader who can help shape the future employee experience. The Senior Manager, HR Technology & HRIS Transformation is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for defining and executing BMI's HR technology vision. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this individual will own the Dayforce ecosystem while leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that simplify processes, automate manual work, and improve the employee experience. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, can influence across functions without direct authority, and is equally comfortable developing a multi-year technology roadmap and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.
