The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to executive management on human resource-related issues, driving change and organizational development. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs of the organization, proactively communicating these needs with our HR department and business management. The Sr. Manager, HRBP develops data-driven recommendations and integrated solutions, forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that better align executive management and employees with business objectives. Additionally, the Sr. HRBP maintains an in-depth knowledge of employment laws to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
