The Senior Manager, Growth & New Business will serve as a key growth driver for Brand Momentum, responsible for identifying, generating, qualifying, nurturing, and advancing new business opportunities across all business units. This individual is both a relationship builder and a business orchestrator, someone who can create external opportunities while keeping internal teams aligned and moving them forward. Success in this role requires a strong balance of business development, relationship building, commercial acumen, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, naturally curious, and motivated by building meaningful client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. This is not a passive sales support role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable opening doors, engaging senior decision-makers, building a qualified pipeline, and helping convert market opportunities into measurable business growth.
