The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead REE Medical’s demand generation engine and own the daily lead volume that fuels our business. This role owns the performance side of marketing: paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, conversion rate optimization, lead lifecycle and nurturing through HubSpot, and the cost-per-consultation metrics that define marketing’s contribution to growth. You will own HubSpot strategy and roadmap, lead the build-out of lead-nurturing workflows that move prospects from first touch through consultation to conversion, manage external agency partners across paid, SEO, and influencer channels, partner with Sales on funnel performance, and lead the conversion rate recovery workstream that is one of the most important priorities of our 2026 plan. The ideal candidate is a builder and a data-driven operator: someone who has owned demand-generation pipelines, managed marketing automation, can hold high-quality agencies accountable for performance, and who is comfortable operating in a regulated, scrutinized category where ethics and rigor matter as much as creativity and performance.
