About The Position

Talkiatry is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to craft direct response campaigns that forge deep, meaningful connections between our brand and the patients who need care and drive them to take action. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, scalable creative solutions that drive patient acquisition and deliver meaningful business growth. Performance marketing is only as strong as the creative feeding it, and message quality is where most of the opportunity lies to improve performance. This role sits between what our performance data tells us and what we make next: this person will identify which ads are converting, understand why, and then turn those insights into briefs that reduce CAC. To achieve this you will partner closely with our Growth Marketing and Creative teams to combine human insight with creative intuition, building a data-driven system of ideas that resonate with our audiences across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Paid Social channels. At the Senior Manager level, you will own the creative strategy behind our acquisition campaigns, build the testing system that proves what works, and lead high-profile initiatives that put the patient experience at the center while shaping the future of Talkiatry’s marketing efforts. You will lead our partnerships as well with external creators and agency partners to build an always-on creative testing engine. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
5+ years of in-house B2C digital marketing and creative strategy experience, with meaningful time developing direct response creative for Meta and TikTok.
Hands-on experience concepting creative ideas, writing effective creative briefs, and building persuasive presentations, and creative briefs.
Fluency in the metrics that govern creative decision making including, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and CAC.
Experience owning the full creator pipeline: sourcing, scripting, briefing, and testing creator content at scale.
Strong project management skills and ability to confidently clear roadblocks to drive projects to completion.
Proven track record of analyzing creative performance data to formulate insights, inform creative strategy, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to engage a room of senior-level representatives and inspire action with compelling storytelling.
An entrepreneurial mindset that is equally strong in both high-level ideation and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Own the paid social creative strategy and roadmap, determining the testing priorities that represent the biggest opportunities for patient growth.
Run the briefing engine: maintaining a weekly brief cadence across Meta, TikTok and other paid channels as needed. The sharpness of your brief is what determines whether the asset performs.
Keep the pipeline full. Maintain a steady backlog of concepts, assets, and creators so testing never stalls waiting on ideas, and creative volume scales with media spend.
Translate performance into direction. Analyze hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and downstream CAC to understand what is working and why, then turn those learnings into the next round of testable hypotheses.
Own UGC and creator creative as a performance channel including frameworks for sourcing, scripting, briefing, and testing creator content. You will create a clear read on which creators are driving results.
Manage the operational layer that makes speed possible: asset library, creator and agency handoffs, and review workflows.
Inspire internal and external partners by concepting and presenting ideas for what Talkiatry can do across key channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), taking them from idea to brief to execution.
Build and run the creative testing loop: translate performance data into insights and testable hypotheses, brief the next round of assets against them, and turn what wins into repeatable messaging and format guidance.
Coordinate and align cross-functional and external partnerships to navigate goals and drive creative effectiveness.
Develop scaled programs and creative frameworks that elevate the broader marketing organization’s capabilities.
Partner closely with the rest of the Growth team to tackle problems specific to marketing mental healthcare such as stigmas, trust, and tight platform restrictions on health advertising with creative solutions built for our audience and product.
Stay at the forefront of emerging capabilities and tools (including ethical AI practices) to optimize workflows and speed up creative deployment.
