The Senior Manager GT Program Management U.S.A will have responsibility and oversight of the GT Program for Power & Controls sites in the region, including major P&C site locations in Windsor Locks, CT, Rockford, IL, and Phoenix, AZ. Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Ability to travel 10-20%

Responsibilities

  • Program management of the Power & Controls Global Trade program in the region.
  • Direct and indirect line management of the GT site leads in the region.
  • Ensuring that GT procedural requirements are implemented into site business processes.
  • Developing standard work and approving site-based GT procedures.
  • GT Dashboard reporting and producing GT program related monthly metrics.
  • Generating GT related reports and responding to requests for information on demand.
  • Managing, reporting and mitigating GT compliance risks.
  • Assisting with business proposal approvals, due diligence requests and supporting GT related enquiries/questions as a subject matter expert.
  • GT Training, supporting GT culture and general awareness.
  • Supporting GT communications and flowing down key information.
  • Assisting with GT related investigations, disclosures and corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the use of correct GT tools and systems.
  • Managing annual GT Health-Assessment requirements and other GT initiatives.
  • Coordinating regional license and authorizations management with the P&C Authorizations Lead
  • Support internal and external audits or visits as needed.
  • Act as a delegate or deputy as assigned from time to time.
