About The Position

Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Talent Marketing & Employer Brand to set the strategy for how the company attracts talent worldwide. This role will define the necessary actions to deliver the talent strategy, build the EVP and brand framework, and direct the recruitment marketing plan. The position will partner closely with Adobe's Global Marketing Organization (GMO) for execution and serve as the strategic lead for how Adobe's employer brand enters the market, working alongside regional talent marketing leads.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in employer brand or recruitment marketing, with demonstrated global enterprise strategy ownership.
  • Clear command of the distinction between employer brand and recruitment marketing, and the ability to lead both without conflating them.
  • Proven experience working through marketing or agency partners rather than owning execution directly.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority across functions, geographies, and levels.
  • Skilled EVP and narrative development — equally comfortable writing a brand platform and a job posting.
  • Experience landing global brand standards locally across multiple markets.
  • Data fluency: knowledge of key metrics, how to build a measurement framework, and how to act on performance data.
  • A grounded perspective on how AI and digital channels are reshaping candidate behavior.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in a TA or HR environment that provides credibility with recruiting leaders and understanding of how brand connects to hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Global Employer Brand Strategy: Define what Adobe needs to do to attract the talent the business requires, globally and by critical talent segment. Set the strategic direction, including target audiences, perceptions to shift, and hiring outcomes employer brand is accountable for delivering.
  • Build the EVP and Brand Framework: Translate the strategy into a system that delivers it. Define Adobe's EVP, the global narrative for candidate-facing communications, and set brand standards, messaging, and governance structures for regional localization.
  • Lead the Global Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Build and execute the GTA recruitment marketing plan, including channels, campaigns, and content to convert the employer brand into pipeline. Own results such as pipeline quality, conversion rates, and brand perception metrics.
  • Manage the GMO Partnership: Act as the primary GTA contact for Adobe's Global Marketing Organization, defining scope of work, setting performance benchmarks, aligning on priorities, and ensuring execution quality and on-brand delivery.
  • Champion Local Brand Activation: Partner with regional TA leaders to understand market dynamics and candidate expectations, translating insights into local activation guidance for the global employer brand, including the career site.
  • Measure and Optimize: Build the measurement framework for employer brand and recruitment marketing, producing reporting that links brand investment to hiring results and using data to refine strategy.
  • Build for Scale with AI: Develop the infrastructure for global operations, including processes, tools, workflows, and vendor partnerships. Define how AI can be integrated into content creation, candidate targeting, and personalization.
