About The Position

The Senior Manager of Global Service Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of service marketing programs supporting the Waters Advanced Diagnostics Division to strengthen customer loyalty, reinforce the value proposition of new and existing service offerings, and drive demand to increase service attachment across all regions. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Service Growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, or related field required
  • 5+ years of service marketing, aftermarket sales, or downstream marketing experience in the medical device, life sciences, or diagnostics industry required
  • Demonstrated success in driving service attachment, contract renewals, and developing value-based marketing campaigns required
  • Familiarity with clinical laboratory workflows, regulatory requirements, and diagnostics market required
  • Experience with CRM and service management software required
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the core and value-add service portfolio tailored to clinical customer segments.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and enable regional sales channels to increase service attachment rates at and beyond point of instrument sale.
  • Partner with product management to ensure alignment and positioning of service offerings to the needs of clinical customers for lab automation, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, liquid chromatography & mass spectrometry solutions.
  • Translate value propositions into high-impact messaging, compelling marketing collateral, and effective selling tools.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to drive demand for platform service plans and value-add services including training, compliance services, software implementation, and informatics solutions.
  • Analyze install base data, competitive service offerings, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, segmentation strategies, and unmet customer needs.
  • Partner with regional service delivery and global service excellence teams to accelerate value capture initiatives.
