This role leads the strategy, governance, and execution of Western Union’s global marketing and advertising technology stack. The Senior Manager will manage a growing team and act as a central orchestrator across Marketing, Data, Product, Engineering, and external partners to enable scalable, data-driven marketing capabilities. The position is responsible for defining and operationalizing the MarTech ecosystem globally, ensuring platforms across analytics, attribution, personalization, and activation are optimized, integrated, and delivering measurable business impact. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be based in or willing to relocate to New York City, Denver, Atlanta or Miami to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
