The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) Team: The Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team has an exciting opportunity for an energetic Sr. Manager, to join our GEC Operations team. This role will focus on GEC program management, steering committee structure, management of improvement targets and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director, GEC Operations, the successful candidate will work with GEC leadership and our corporate & business unit colleagues and will proactively engage on various issues and collaborate on solutions. The GEC Operations team has responsibility for GEC education, communications, policies, risk assessment, monitoring & testing program and overall GEC program management. Location(s): Remote role with some travel required, up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Project management skills: timeline management, defining deliverables and coordinating with various stakeholders, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, and meet multiple goals, plans and milestones

Responsibilities

  • Manage our newly implemented GEC Council & Steering Committee structure.
  • Lead CORE for the Corporate GEC team to develop control towers, manage goal alignment & tracking of our improvement targets, and assist the GEC team with process improvements.
  • Support the Compliance Leadership Group (CLG) meetings logistics and follow-up.
  • Support enterprise-wide GEC initiatives to ensure alignment across various stakeholders.
  • Support digital projects in close coordination with the LCC Legal Operations team and GEC subject matter experts.
  • Will support and participate in various other GEC projects as assigned.
