About The Position

The Senior Manager of Global Accounts is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that manages Axis’ global/ multi-regional partners (MRPs). Ideal candidate preferably located in Chelmsford MA or living near a major airport.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate success leading and developing teams in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong people-leadership capabilities, such as coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of technical products, solutions, and services (hardware & software).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management and ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel, or strategic account management roles with multi-regional or global partners.
  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Established relationships with leadership at key multi-regional partner accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of global account managers and cross-regional stakeholders to achieve partner program objectives and revenue goals.
  • Set strategic direction and translate into actionable plans, including setting clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, training, and professional development to elevate the team’s capabilities and visibility within the organization.
  • Oversee development of relationships with senior executives at multi-regional partner accounts to build trust, expand partnerships, and resolve escalations.
  • Partner with regional leadership, product management, marketing, distribution, and end-customer, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives.
  • Regularly review and refine the multi-regional partner program, ensuring consistency, scalability, and measurable impact across geographies.
  • Provide transparent updates on partner performance, team outcomes, and market trends to senior leadership.
  • Model Axis’ values and foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment.
  • Visit regional offices, partners, and Axis Experience Centers (AECs) to support the team, strengthen relationships, and represent Axis.
  • Identify and develop future multi-regional partnerships.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Benefits

  • The approximate pay range for this role is $200,000 - $225,000 annually.
