About The Position
The Senior Manager, Fuel Operations, leads and directs fuel and convenience store business strategies across approximately 30 facilities within a designated geographic area. This role involves partnering with market and store managers, analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships, and implementing operational plans to drive growth and optimize performance. The position requires overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and key performance indicators while fostering a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide leadership, develop talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, continuously seeking improvement opportunities and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs. The team oversees fuel and convenience store operations with a focus on vendor relationship management, strategic business planning, and operational excellence. They analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective fuel business plans. Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on fuel business strategies and vendor relationship management.
- Strong leadership skills to develop, mentor, and build high-performing teams aligned with business goals.
- Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to drive operational improvements and cost control.
- Ability to develop and implement business plans that respond to market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Commitment to ethical standards, adaptability, and continuous learning in a dynamic business environment.
- 5 years supervisory experience with Profit & Loss responsibilities OR 5 years experience in retail leadership.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional vendor relationships to support fuel business objectives across multiple facilities.

- Monitor and evaluate operational processes using KPIs, ensuring performance standards and cost control measures are met.
