We are seeking a Senior Manager, FreeStyle Libre Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships to drive the commercialization and management of ADC’s US digital health ecosystem and US strategic partnerships. The Senior Manager, FreeStyle Libre Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing against a robust US digital health strategy, as well as driving strategic partnerships across our customer channels. You will work with an array of internal and external partners in a highly collaborative setting designed to share data, insights, and perspectives that all contribute to our company’s vision and strategic priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Six years of commercial experience with a minimum of four years in a commercial managerial role including, product marketing or business development
  • Deep knowledge of digital health and diabetes management landscape
  • Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, market analytics capabilities
  • Execution-oriented with a proved record of commercial results
  • Previous experience with product development, marketing strategy, or business development
  • Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working across functional areas (ex. R&D, Regulatory, Operations, etc.) and at varying levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Libre partnership strategy by driving development of the business case and go-to-market strategy for new partnerships
  • Advance existing partnerships by working with internal teams and with partners to identify growth opportunities
  • Design and execute on initiatives related to the Libre digital ecosystem
  • Launch next generation Libre digital products spanning patient, provider and B2B audiences by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market analyses, develop business cases, and contribute to tactical and strategic plans
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulations
