About The Position

At PepsiCo design, we have a saying: “We’re crazy enough to think we can inspire the future.” This is what drives us, in everything we imagine, develop and execute. Design is a strategic global function for PepsiCo that drives business value by leading innovation, creating experiences, and brand engagements. We are one of the first major food & beverage companies to integrate multiple design disciplines—brand design, design thinking, industrial design, design strategy, front-end innovation—into a single group. Our team brings together expertise across graphic design, brand architecture, typography, art direction, illustration, motion, and design systems to create bold, culturally relevant brand experiences that shape how consumers engage with our portfolio around the world. We believe great design lives at the intersection of strategy, craft, storytelling, and culture. We look for creative leaders with a strong point of view and a deep understanding of contemporary culture—including fashion, art, entertainment, and pop culture—and the ability to translate those influences into distinctive and own-able brand expressions. We're passionate about the power of great ideas, iconic design, and creative craftsmanship. If the work of Paul Rand, Massimo Vignelli, Wim Crouwel, Paula Scher, Stefan Sagmeister, Charley Harper, Dieter Rams, KAWS, or Virgil Abloh inspires you, you'll feel right at home here. We value curiosity, creative ambition, and a genuine appreciation for the worlds of art, design, fashion, architecture, music, and culture—and the ability to channel those influences into meaningful brand experiences that shape the future of our brands. Our goal is clear: to connect PepsiCo’s food & beverage portfolios with today’s hyper-connected, networked users and consumers hungry for meaningful, authentic, and relevant brand experiences across multiple touch points and regions of the world.
