About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends hands-on analytical leadership with people management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy, operations, and performance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable partnering with senior executives on strategic questions and rolling up their sleeves to guide their team through technical problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field, including 2+ years in a people management or team lead role
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Strong understanding of statistical methods and their business applications
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
Experience building or scaling an analytics function

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product) to identify business questions and translate them into analytical projects
Design and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decisions across the business
Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability
Conduct and review advanced analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis) to uncover insights and opportunities
Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and metrics
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to improve data infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
Stay current on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices, and champion their adoption where relevant
