Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis.
Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in financial reporting, while supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes with Accounting.
Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls
