Gap Inc. is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to join our Total Rewards team as the Senior Manager, Financial Benefits & Lifestyle Well-Being Programs. In this role, you’ll shape and evolve programs that support employees’ financial security and overall well-being across our global workforce. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of benefits—including Retirement, Financial Well-Being, Life Insurance, Disability, and Part-Time & Lifestyle programs—ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving business and talent priorities. With a focus on both strategy and execution, you’ll drive consistency, scalability, and a seamless employee experience across markets. Reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, Well-being, & Mobility, you will serve as a strategic partner across Total Rewards and the broader organization, translating priorities into impactful, sustainable programs. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening the operational foundation of benefits, leading financial management, governance, and vendor partnerships to ensure excellence, accountability, and meaningful impact for employees.
