Senior Manager, Financial Analytics

Granges Americas•Franklin, TN

About The Position

The Senior Manager, Financial Analytics is a hands-on finance leader responsible for manufacturing finance, reporting, analytics, process improvement, and ERP business leadership. The role partners with plant accounting and operations to understand how transactions are generated, identify process breakdowns, and develop simpler, reliable ways of working. Gränges Americas produces rolled aluminum for HVAC and heat exchangers, packaging, and automotive markets. Accurate metal accounting, scrap recovery, melt loss, inventory, and costing are central to understanding plant performance and profitability. The current environment includes AX 2009, RollCIM, ZAP reporting tools, and extensive Excel-based reporting. The role will move Finance toward early detection, recurring controls, and actionable variance analysis, while reducing after-the-fact investigation and manual reconstruction. The position leads metal accounting and FIFO processes; modernizes KPI reporting and dashboards; delivers analytics and decision support; applies approved automation and AI tools with finance review; and leads the business side of ERP selection and implementation. It also provides flexible finance support for accounting, close, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, operational decisions, and urgent leadership needs. The role is expected to work first with the SRM team and extend proven practices to HRM and NRM.
