About The Position

The Finance team within Fulfillment Network Operations focuses on delivering precise financial planning and analysis to optimize labor metrics and cost structures. This team drives business performance by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic financial models. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team supports key decision-making through accurate reporting and risk mitigation. Members are committed to maintaining compliance and internal controls while continuously improving processes. The team values clear communication and analytical expertise to enhance operational efficiency and support Walmart’s business objectives effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within complex business environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and present detailed financial models and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Strong skills in risk mitigation through effective control structures and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating financial insights and addressing inquiries.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing finance teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
