Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and corporate finance
  • 10+ years of direct people management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in complex financial modeling, forecasting, and operational process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business processes and lead cross-functional project initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial managers
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced financial reporting tools, and data analytics/BI platforms
  • Strong business acumen and tactical problem-solving abilities
  • Operational discipline with a focus on process optimization and execution
  • High level of financial literacy and analytical rigor
  • Proven capability in team leadership, talent development, and collaborative change management
  • Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including regular use of adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, actionable insights through financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis to department leaders to support data-driven decision-making and planning
  • Partner with business unit managers to ensure day-to-day financial decisions align with organizational priorities and ROI targets
  • Maintain and optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms for maximum transparency and efficiency
  • Manage key business reporting and analytics across operations to identify areas for improved financial health and process efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and report on key financial KPIs and dashboards that track operational performance against strategic goals
  • Evaluate and streamline cross-functional processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability across teams
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the finance operation using data, best practices, and team input
  • Contribute financial expertise to organizational planning, including departmental budgeting, capital projects, and workforce tracking
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable financial and operational plans for the team
  • Support decision-making across the department through data-driven insights and scenario analysis
