About The Position

Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to lead accounts payable and billing and collections as a single function. The role owns the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes end to end, leading teams across the US, the Philippines, and Colombia. It is accounting-led, with responsibility for ensuring transactions are accurate at their source and that financial controls prevent downstream general-ledger issues. Dandy operates high-volume physical operations, including two US manufacturing labs, dental practice and DSO customers in several countries, a large vendor base, and multiple legal entities. The role will bring accounting rigor and scalable processes to the teams responsible for the flow of company funds. Success in the first year includes ensuring invoices are paid against approved POs or documented exceptions, establishing an effective collections process and reducing DSO, completing AP and AR reconciliations early in the close with no audit adjustments, and documenting SOPs and controls for core AP and AR processes.
