About The Position

The Sr. Finance Manager position will support the clinical solutions team within Quest with focus on some of the rapid growing business including Oncology, Haystack, and Specialty Genetics, while serving as a key business partner to R&D organization and enabling overall clinical franchise growth. This individual will provide strategic support and financial insights to help drive growth. The individual in this role will need to be agile, adaptable, and flexible given the dynamic nature of the businesses and will assist the business partners with developing and implementing a multi-year strategy, supporting the annual strategic planning process, creating financial ROI models supporting prioritized launches /franchise initiatives, building enhanced reporting capabilities, and providing regular updates to Senior Management.
