About The Position

The Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions is a critical role to ensure the support, sustainment and growth of the Treasury & Cash Management Capabilities at BeOne. The candidate must have SAP Treasury & Cash Management expertise (with FSCM knowledge) as a core skillset to actively manage, support and improve capabilities within SAP with an understanding of how additional integrated technologies can benefit end to end Treasury processes. A strong understanding of the Treasury domain is a must as this candidate would be developing/executing roadmaps and enhancing capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders. This role is expected to be the main solution manager for GTS Treasury handling all aspects of the solution lifecycle, business engagement and audit. The Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions of GTS G&A functions is expected to: Work with business leads to seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity Research solutions (process, technology, data) to evaluate deficiencies and identify areas of improvements Build/Define business processes for the Treasury Capability Gain project management experience across planning and execution phases of initiative Serve as a solution owner for a dedicate application/ business process area Adhere to audit standards for the applications supported. As a Treasury Solutions Senior Manager, you will gain exposure to a variety of enterprise solutions and business groups helping drive alignment of internal process with targeted solution initiatives. You will: Be the end to end GTS solution manager of key Treasury applications ranging from operational run activities to solution improvements Partner with business and other solution managers to develop the appropriate roadmap of activities including operational support, minor/major changes and new implementations Lead discussions on treasury management processes, cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management, utilizing system capabilities Have strong hands on working knowledge of SAP Treasury Cash Management & FSCM core capabilities (e.g.-house banks setup, payment program, electronic bank statement processing with auto clearing, cash & liquidity planning, in house cash, payments on behalf of, intercompany settlements, FX hedging, etc..) Experience working with Treasury Management System (e.g Kyriba), and collaborate with TMS provider and Treasury team in developing and implementing new functions and connecting with ERP system Serve as primary solution architect for Treasury ensuring a holistic scalable solution Gain exposure to technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Maintain and improve management plans for projects, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Accountable for specific activities/applications within the Audit process formalizing procedures and service as point of contact Perform, evaluate, and communicate through various stages of initiatives. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production. Be involved in various stages of an initiative: analyzing existing processes and designing, through delivering and integrating the solutions Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills Lead project work from origination through delivery. Performing application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs) Collect and conduct gap business requirements and software to drive fit/gap analysis Creating functional requirements as an input to application design Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities Performing testing work Management of vendor resources and prioritization of initiatives Your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself: Partnering with Business + GTS colleagues on prioritizations Driving implementation of new technologies (from business intake, RFP, vendor selection, implementation, run) Adopting existing solutions and processes for operational run Analyzing and documenting current business processes and technologies Designing and testing new business processes, capabilities, and technologies Developing communications and training materials Building portions of the application Focusing on program management Not only will you be able to quickly develop your business & technology understanding, you will also build deep insights into the business functions served in a global setting.

Requirements

  • 7+ year of experience within a technical or consulting environment
  • 7+ years of experience with systems integrations, implementations and interactive designs
  • 7+ years of experience in the systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Ability to work independently in a changing environment

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years specific SAP Treasury experience
  • 7+ years systems implementation experience working on SAP Treasury/Cash/FSCM and non SAP Treasury technologies
  • 7+ years working in solutions for Treasury Management platforms (e.g. Kyriba)
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy
  • Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred
  • Experience with requirements analysis, testing and end user training
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
  • Master’s preferred.
